Operational Intelligence
Reading the operation against a contractual or statutory regime. Pattern recognition in CAFM and compliance data. Contract literacy at the schedule level. The work of knowing what is actually happening in the operation — not what the records or the operator report says is happening.
Findings are framed as observations against the contract or the regulation. The client draws the conclusion. The output works for the authority defending its position and for the operator preparing its own. Same evidence, two readings.
How the work runs
Observations, not verdicts. Findings reference the contract or the statute; the client draws the conclusion. The deliverable works as both sword and shield.
Evidence over assertion. Every claim is backed by document, schedule, register, or timestamp.
The contract or statutory regime is the authoritative reference. Trellum reads what is there, not what should have been there.
